Key Achievement on the project: − Simplified complex Inventory process life cycle and stock optimization throughout the Supply cycle and made stock availability to meet maintenance requirement dates and target service levels cooping − Significantly reduced logistical/freight costs by US$5mil executing on plan requirements and planners on system (MRP) and flow-on effect. − Improved the efficiency and effectiveness of the construction company vendor procure to pay process and operations − Coordinated with internal and external stakeholders/customers to ensure proper product procedures were followed and negotiated with vendors for improved pricing and delivery of stock.
