− Prepared Month, half and year –end Ledger, consolidations, and planning process ensuring that master and transactional data, as well as configuration data, are correct prior to period end close − Involved in General ledger accounting & Fair Value Accounting process (IAS 39) − Adhered to governance and internal control framework (SOX) − Involved in external disclosure of primary statements as per International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) − Ensure Employee expense management claims are resolved in a timely manner and if any queries arise investigate (EEM) − Process manual submissions, out of pocket employee claims, AMEX & VISA − Comply and raise Non order invoices for workers compensation and other regulatory bodies− Involved in intercompany journal processing − Involved in purchase requisition creation and liaising with the oil and gas supply chain − Reviewed Embedded Derivatives for sign off at CSG Achievements − Drove cost-reduction initiatives that resulted in US$ 5 million saved over two years through capital infusion and process automation − Successfully executed month end close, half year and year end procedures and tests accurately
